Company History:
The idea for the company was born in 2008, when one of its founders wanted to ride a bicycle. However, since he didn’t own one, he visited one of the existing bike rentals in Kyiv. Unsatisfied with the bike quality, customer service, and the high cost, he vowed to create a better and more affordable service in Kyiv. Thus, in April 2009, “Veliki” was established.
The company gained its main development in 2010-2011, based on the bike rental business it had created. The idea was supported by two other people, and by May 2011, the bike rental service had expanded to three locations across Kyiv. In August of the same year, the brand name “Veliki” – veliki™ – was officially registered.
