Bicycle repair rules in Veliki.ua workshops

1. Bicycles are accepted for repair in their pure form, without additional accessories that may complicate the repair process. Otherwise, the client pays the cost of washing the bike in the amount of UAH 150.
2. After the initial diagnostics, the foreman agrees with the client a list of works, the cost and terms of repair.
3. The Veliki.ua workshop is not responsible for defects found during diagnostics or repairs that were not previously indicated by the client. The elimination of such malfunctions is carried out exclusively after the agreement of the work, their cost and terms between the client and the workshop.
4. The cost of replacement, installed spare parts, components and materials are not included in the cost of the work performed and are paid by the customer additionally.
5. The cost of repairs during the execution of work may change due to unaccounted for additional work as agreed with the client.
6. The customer is obliged to independently notify the master about the return of the replaced parts at the end of the repair by indicating this in the repair sheet. Otherwise, defective/replaced parts are disposed of by default.
7. Bicycles are serviced on a first come, first served basis. The repair time is from 1 to 10 days, depending on the workload of the workshop and the availability of the necessary parts.
8. The warranty for work performed in our workshop is 10 calendar days. The warranty does not cover adjustments and adjustments of non-original components.
9. After the completion of the repair, the customer is notified by sending an SMS message to the number indicated when the bike was returned for service. Important! The bike is stored free of charge in the workshop for 4 days. At the end of the free period, the storage cost is 15 UAH/day.
